Shipping Policy :

1.We offer worldwide shipping (to the US, EU, UK, Asia-Pacific etc.) All products are packaged and shipped from our studio based in Turkiye.

2.All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. We will inform you if there are any further delays.

3.You should be able to receive your order between 3-7 business days after it’s been shipped. However, the delivery time may vary, depending on the destination postal services.

4.All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers. Shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

5.Once an order ships, the customer will be responsible for tracking their order/s.

6.All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

7.Upon shipping out your order, the destination postal service will be liable for shipping time and delivery. Please check with your local post office if there are any delays for your order.

8.If you’ve placed an order for more than 14 business days and you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office with the tracking number provided.

9.The customer is responsible for any custom duty or additional taxes, VATs that is required, based on your country's import laws and regulations. These costs are buyer’s responsibility. We don’t collect taxes at checkout, so kep that in mind when ordering please. Please check with your local postal authority if you have questions on the above. 

Return Policy:

1. All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

2. If you receive a damaged product, please email us with pictures of the damaged product to discuss a replacement.

3. Ubeen Studio reserves the right to issue a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
